Originally know as the Chinese Gooseberry, processed kiwifruit makes its way into yogurts, juices, smoothies, ice creams and sorbets. Gaarde Foodsource is the largest supplier of California kiwifruit to the processed kiwi industry and has a strong network of associated producers in New Zealand, Australia, South America and South Africa.
