Gaarde Foodsource supplies fresh apples to manufactures of apple juices and juice concentrates, apple puree and sauces, and dried, frozen and fresh-sliced apple products. We source apples from 15 states and our apples are ingredients in food products in restaurants, grocery stores, club stores and institutional feeding programs throughout North America. We also import apples from the Southern Hemisphere as needed to supplement domestic production. Domestically we have several growers contracted to produce apples specifically for processing markets.
